[Guide] Police Action

Speeding
As I know, many people are driving fast on the road and even the highway, and they slows down the speed as fastest as they can when they see a police vehicles is nearby.
Alot of peoples fails to slow down the speed. They are coming too fast and they cant slow it down enough when the police officer spots the vehicle. In that case, they will turn on the sirens and follow the vehicle. They will ask the driver of the vehicle to pull over the vehicle and park the vehicle off the road. Many people is cooperating with the police, most of the people gets a speeding ticket. Some gets arrested becuase they don't listen to the police and they just keep driving when they get the police after them.

Why are people just keep driving istead of getting a ticket for high speed?
Many people think that they can lose the police if they taking some short-cuts between some small building.
Some people success and some fails. Of those of they who fails, should had just stopped and paid a ticket for it.
Pay the ticket istead of going in jail, lose your license and pay for the time in the jail. Your record level is getting higher each time you do something against the law. If you just pay a ticket istead of just continue driving, you will get a mark on the record (This is a small one, so it dont really matter), but if you continue driving and get chased down you will get a higher mark on the record level. When your record level is high with many reported criminals, you can't get a job from the government, you cannot get a weapon license. (You are losing some of the rights)

Crashing into a three / building (Example)
As I said before, people are trying to lose the police by driving in thirt areas with buildings near each other.
If you crash your car into a building, three or any other things that makes you cant continue driving in the same direction. (Ex: You drive your car forward, crashes into a three, car stops: You can't continue forward) To get you out of the situation is to turn your vehicle around. I am not going to help you how to turn it.
If the police is really close to you when you crash, they will park the vehicle really close to yours vehicle. If they "/me puts on the handbrake" you cant push the police car by using your car. Anyway, when the police have parked the vehicle anywhere to block you to get out with your vehicle, you cant push the car. You cannot try to drive back and forward to try to turn around. (About crashing in RL isnt good, you could do that unless you are a crazy driver) This can depends on the sitaution / where you are. If this gets Non-RP, it will be reported to the admin.
People are exiting the vehicle and goes for a run when the vehicle is blocked.

Stealing vehicles
When other people is leaving theirs vehicles, they could take the key out of the car and lock the car. (All cars in the city is owned by someone). So, when you are being chased by foot by the police, you CANNOT steals or take other vehicles.
Suspects on foot don't have the time to try to break the window and steal the vehicle, when the police is right behind. They just try to escape by running.

Gun pointing
When the police is using theirs force to get a suspect to comply, they have to use tactics (Equipments).
A deadly weapon can be used in this case, but it will not be fired. A Tazer is a less-lethal equipment, its like a pistol and its "giving" people power. After someone is tazed with a tazer, they can't take the control over theirs bodies. They will automatic falls on the ground, this means you have to do a animation (/Crack).
The tazer is not that powerful it can go trough glasses or anything else. The tazer can be shoted by a range on 8-12 meters (Also less, nothing more). This was about the tazer, back to a deadly weapon.

When you see the deadly weapon is pointing at your head, and you can be close to the death.
Alot, many people don't care about the gun when they try to escape with a vehicle. One or more weapons can be aiming at the head, and one shot direct hit will kill. Also called 'To Take A Headshot'. Escaping while you are in this situation you can be killed, or really injured. About trying to escape in this case, will be Non-RP. When the police using theirs force like this (Aiming with weapon) the best thing to do is to put your hands up and cooperate with the police.
If the suspect is still trying to escape, the officer will try to push the suspect out of the vehicle, shot at the tires or shot in the engine of the vehicle.
(You escaping like this in this sitaution and gets shot (Killed / Injured) can bring you to a CK. This is one of the most important things to know how to RP. So, to get people to be more RP they would either give up or get arrested (Maybe killed)

PIT
While in a high speed chase the police officer is going to try to PIT the suspect vehicle. That means, they pushes the vehicle slowly to the suspect vehicle and by pushing the suspects vehicle will lose the control. (This is easy to do on Singel Player). The SA-MP is laggy and that makes it hard for the police to PIT other vehicles. If you lag abit, make sure when the police vehicle is trying to come close it may be for a PIT, so if you see the police vehicle is touching your car and the police lose the control (Becuase of SA-MP laggy), you should stop like OOC and wait for the police to come back and continue in IC.
(This is a hard part to explain, so I will try to fix a movie pretty soon!) When you see that your vehicle is getting touched by police car you most RP, you can try to lose the control for a bit to make it real. (The PIT may fails becuase of the lag, so RP!!!)
If you get PIT'ed by officer without you havnt do anything in RP (Losing the control), and crash (Into a 'object' posted above!) and if depends on the speed for both vehicles, the PIT (The Touch) how hard that is. Its alot of things that makes it how the action is after. If you crash something, you can and will be hit and get injured. (Dont continue driving if you crashed into something really hard)

Reckless Driving
The police will be looking reckless drivers on the street. About crossing a road, turning, driving off the road, hiting things (Destroying) They will pull you over if you give them any reason to do it, and then we are back in the 'Speeding' (Complying / Escaping).

Police vehicle with sirens
You have sometimes seen a police vehicle with a siren after a suspect in another vehicle, or if they just driving with sirens to a place where they are needed.
About turning the vehicle and follows the police vehicle is Non-RP, if you do it will be Speeding and reckless driving.
Never try to follow a police vehicle with sirens. If they are coming behind you with sirens, if they are going to a place that have been robbed or something, you need to pull your vehicle as soon as possible off the road to the right side.
(If you are writing when you are 'Waiting for a Green-Light' you need to stop the typing and pull your vehicle off the road. This needs to be quickly as possible! You also have to look out for police with sirens ANYTIME!

Writing while driving
If you get a PM, and you need to reply and you start writing a message while your car is still driving, you need to be ready to quit the typing and take control over the vehicle again. When you are writing it will be like typing a SMS in Real World. If the police see that your vehicle is going abit wierd you will be asked to pull over. You will get a ticket for this, and it doesnt help to say 'I were typing'. You can also pull your vehicle off the road untill you are done to write.

Police Vehicles with NOS
Many people have asked why the police vehicles have NOS, and here is a simple answer.
In Real World the police vehicles is made to go faster than a normal car, and if a PIT fails and their are losing the control of the police vehicle (Lose control - OOC) and they can use NOS to get in the same position before it.
The NOS can aslo be using in a PIT to make the police car more powerful and it makes it abit easier to PIT.
Police also have to use the Police Radio (IG), they have to write of course. And while they are writing the vehicle doesnt make speeds, so when they are done writing, they can get back with NOS.

Calling 911
If you are calling 911 to report a crime activity you have to tell where you are, and short what's happened.
Many is calling 911 and they dont tell the location, then the police cant help people in danger sitaution.
Its really important to tell whats happened and the location.

Getting arrested
It can be hard to escape from one or more officer when you are cuffed with handcuffs. The cuffs will ALWAYS be on your back. When the police officer is escorting you, he will be holding your right arm and holds on the handcuff. In this way, he can simply get you on the ground if you are trying to do anything stupid.

Police Station
The Police Station have gates, the gates need to be opened with a code, someone may see what the codes it. Then here comes your problem, the station is equiped with camera's. The alarm will go, and officers is getting reported by the police radio. (We doesnt have officers to stay in the station all the time, but in real world is ALWAYS someone in there, behind the desk, paperwork)

Tazer
If you are running from the police, they might try to take you down with a taser-gun. Taser-gun its a non-lethal gun, that is useful to keep the officers and the suspects out of fighting. The taser is being used when the suspect is not obaying the officer, or to get control over the suspect (Not have to be a suspect, but a person who are drunk - For exampel). When you get tazed by the police, you need to type "/CRACK", so you are laying on the ground. Getting up and start running away after being tazed is Non-RP. When a suspect attempt to escape from the police once he have been tazed, they just gives the suspect another power-shot from the taser-gun. This makes it almost impossible to escape from the police once you have been tazed.

Dial 911

If you see criminal activities, you can call 911 to call and report to the police. You can also
call after paramedic, if someone is injured. Calling 911 just becuase you need someone to listen
to your jokes, is NOT allowed! All calls to 911 most be totaly serious. If someone get catched for
calling to 911 for nothing, they will be pusihmented by the admins.

Discription of the crime
Here you should tell as much as possible what happens / happened. You need to be smart, and think of what you should say. Tell as much important information, but as small as possible!

Your name
This is needed, becuase when the police arrives at the location we can know who called after police, so we can ask questions if needed. The name should be Firstname and Lastname (Firstname_Lastname).

Location of crime
Location is where the crime happened. In this selection, its not allowed to just say "LS (Los Santos)", "SF (San Fierro)" or "LV (Las Ventura)". You need to explain the location as best you can! If else the police may not arrive, if they dont know the exact position.

Person(s) injured
If someone have been injured dure the crime, this should also be reported into the police so they can contact after an ambulance, so the caller dont have to call to paramedic too. Its important that if no-one is injured, you say just 'NO'. Do not say: no-one, non, nope, nix, ect... If someone is injured, you say 'YES', nothing else.

Discription of suspect
If you have seen the criminals you should also tell as much as possible on the important stuffs. But dont tell too much. (If the suspect escapes with a car, do NOT tell this here - Tell it on other informations!) If you dont know or havnt seen the suspect, you just say 'NO'.

Other informations
If you have any other important informations, its important you tell this. Much as possible, but short. If the suspect escapes with a car (You discript the vehicle) or other things that the police needs to know to catch the suspect and stop the criminal activities. If you dont know any thing that may be put into this selection, just say 'NO'.

Calling Paramedic

Discription
Explain what happened to the injured person(s), and where he and you are. Its important that you tell the exact position, so the ambulance can arrive and help the injured person(s).
